On- TIme Guarantee

At DLT Barber Studio, we respect your time and are committed to delivering high-quality, detailed and punctual barbering services. All appointments are to be scheduled on Booksy using the “Book Now” button found on the homepage of this website.

On-Time Guarantee: If you arrive for your scheduled appointment on time and are ready to receive service, we guarantee that you will be attended no later than sixty (60) seconds after your exact scheduled appointment time. If we fail to meet this guarantee for reasons within our control, your scheduled service will be provided to you free of charge. Arriving five minutes ahead of time so that you can make your way to the correct plaza suite is strongly recommended.

Conditions for the Guarantee: This guarantee applies only when you arrive on time, ready to be serviced. If you arrive late that is out of our control and this guarantee is not applicable. All clients arriving late will be served if possible, subject to availability. The more tardy you are, the less likely we will be able to attend you.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Clients arriving more than five (5) minutes after their scheduled appointment time are not guaranteed service, we will do our best to attend you, but service is subject to availability.

  • If we are unable to accommodate you due to your tardiness, you may be asked to reschedule. We reserve the right to shorten the service time or decline service if the delay significantly impacts our schedule.

Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply to any delays caused by or resulting from:

  • Your late arrival, no-show, or lack of a scheduled appointment on Booksy with a confirmation email as proof of scheduled service.

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, staff emergencies, extreme traffic backups, or other force majeure events.

Acceptance of Terms By booking an appointment with DLT Barber Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Appointment Guarantee Policy. This policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to make the final determination on whether the guarantee applies in any specific situation and to refuse service to any client who repeatedly violates these terms or abuses the policy.
